Brittany Murphy dies at the age of 32.

She passed from cardiac arrest at the age of 32 . 911 was called at 8:00 AM from a home in Los Angeles that is listed as belonging to her husband, Simon Monjack, the Los Angeles City Fire Department tells TMZ. Murphy was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was pronounced dead on arrival. Her time of death was listed as 10:04 AM.

This situation as well of so many other deaths we have seen in 2009 is a reality check. Life is a blessing that we much cherish and no matter what obstacle we go through we must stay focused on what’s important and not stress the petty things. I know its easily said then done, but you really never know when you will go and we all must make the best of things and live each day to the fullest.
